No colour enhancement was used, this is the actual colour of the pool. No colour enhahancements are needed at all in Yellowstone Park. Its real yet unreal.
Ok, well a hot spring is very simular to a Geyser, the difference lies in its plumbing system. There are no restrictions in it like a geyser, that build up pressure to cause an eventual eruption, instead hot water & other minerals just circulate, i.e. convection. These other minerals get deposited around the opening, (takes 100's of years} The result is these amazing clours, Jane
